Products and Services
Mansechang curates and supplies premium skincare and wellness products in the United Kingdom. We act as a distributor and introducer for third-party brands. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.
Product descriptions, images, and information are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions are entirely error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, your remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe this condition has not been met.
Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is correct.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@mansechang.com.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and condition.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@mansechang.com. We will provide return instructions. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be made to your original payment method.
For faulty or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence where possible.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
Wholesale and Partner Terms
If you are accessing our website as a wholesale partner or trade customer, separate terms may apply as agreed in writing. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website regardless of your account type.
